Workout programs written by an experienced professional

  • This is a training plan with in person and online options. The workouts found online will be done in class. So if you can’t make it to class, you still have the option of doing the workout on your own time.

    Each month the online training plan will be updated with a full 4-5 week block of training.

    The Program uses training blocks to create a structured, consistent plan. Each week, the workouts remain the same but the volume and load will progress.

  • This is a strength training program with athletic training elements. Basically, standard weightlifting with some weekly plyometrics and conditioning. Squat, hinge, pull, press, rotate, jump.

    Options for conditioning include run, row, bike, and kickboxing workouts.

    The online app also includes recommended cardio workouts.

Emily and elwinn are both experienced trainers and martial artists with group exercise backgrounds

Emily writes the programming. She has a 10+ years of training athletes and people with mobility dysfunctions. She has a special interest in workout program design. She is an avid weightlifter, keeps up her kickboxing, and tries her best at trail running.

Elwinn is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in boxing and kickboxing, dedicated to building well-rounded athletes and clients. His training blends functional strength, conditioning, and striking-based workouts to improve performance, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether it’s lifting, conditioning, or hitting pads, Elwinn’s goal is to make every session effective, challenging, and something you’ll actually enjoy showing up for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
