Emily and elwinn are both experienced trainers and martial artists with group exercise backgrounds

Emily writes the programming. She has a 10+ years of training athletes and people with mobility dysfunctions. She has a special interest in workout program design. She is an avid weightlifter, keeps up her kickboxing, and tries her best at trail running.

Elwinn is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in boxing and kickboxing, dedicated to building well-rounded athletes and clients. His training blends functional strength, conditioning, and striking-based workouts to improve performance, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether it’s lifting, conditioning, or hitting pads, Elwinn’s goal is to make every session effective, challenging, and something you’ll actually enjoy showing up for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
